How tough are the buttons you are asking? To begin with, they are made with hard Canadian maple wood. This means that they won't dent when used during a lot of hours of game-play.
We offer the discs in packs of 13. Twelve playing pieces are used by each team in the game – and we give you an extra one in case you lose one! If you are going to play doubles – then you definitely will need two different colours of buttons.
One more concept for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not get a pack of red and green buttons to set out with the crokinole board at Christmas time. Or perhaps some yellow and pink playing pieces for Easter. The options really are endless!
