How strong are the pieces you wonder? To start, they are manufactured with hard Canadian maple wood. This ensures that they will not dent when played during many hours of crokinole.
We offer the playing pieces in packs of 13. Twelve discs are used by each team in the game – and we supply an extra one in case you lose one! If you plan to play doubles – then you will want two different colours of discs.
How about another concept for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not opt for a pack of red and green buttons to use with the crokinole board at Christmas time. Or perhaps some yellow and pink playing pieces for Easter. The options really are endless!
How about a method to store your discs? We also sell the crokinole discs drawstring bag. You won't misplace your buttons again, as they will be placed safely in the handcrafted bag. The drawstring bag is sized enough to contain a container of wax as well as two sets of playing pieces. A basic way to keep all of your crokinole game supplies together.
