How strong are the discs you are asking? First of all, they are created with hard Canadian maple wood. This will ensure that they will not dent when used during a lot of hours of crokinole playing.
We distribute the pieces in packs of 13. Twelve buttons are played with by each team in the game – and we supply an extra one just in case! If you are going to play doubles – then you should get two different colours of discs.
Here's one more thing for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not opt for a pack of red and green buttons to enjoy with the crokinole board at Christmas time. Or perhaps some yellow and pink buttons for Easter. The options go on and on!
How about a method to organize your playing pieces? We also sell the crokinole pieces drawstring bag. You will never misplace your playing pieces again, as they will be stored safely in the handcrafted bag. The drawstring bag is sized enough to contain a small jar of wax as well as two sets of discs.
