We also are aware that each crokinole player has their own way to enjoy crokinole; some with cues, and some with just fingers. All the same - some people need the traditional coloured discs, and others will grab their favourite colour to play with. The choice is yours!
How durable are the pieces you ask? To begin with, they are manufactured with hard Canadian maple wood. This makes sure that they won't dent when enjoyed during endless hours of crokinole.
We offer the buttons in packs of 13. Twelve playing pieces are used by each team in the game – and we provide an extra one just in case! If you mostly play doubles – then you should get two different colours of buttons.
Here's another thing for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not get a pack of red and green buttons to use with the crokinole board at Christmas. Or possibly some yellow and pink playing pieces for Easter. The options really are endless!
Do you need a way to store your buttons? We also have the crokinole buttons drawstring bag. You won't lose your discs again, as they will be placed safely in the handcrafted bag. The drawstring bag is big enough to store a container of wax as well as two sets of discs. A smart method to store all of your crokinole game supplies all together.
