We also are aware that every crokinole player has their own way to play the game; some with cues, and some with only fingers. Either way - some players need the traditional coloured playing pieces, and others will opt for their favourite colour to play with. The choice is yours!
How durable are the playing pieces you are wondering? To start, they are built with hard Canadian maple wood. This means that they won't dent when played during many hours of crokinole.
We sell the buttons in packs of 13. Twelve playing pieces are played with by each team in the game – and we supply an extra one just in case! If you usually play doubles – then you will need two different colours of playing pieces.
How about another thing for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not opt for a pack of red and green buttons to set out with the crokinole board at Christmas. Or possibly some yellow and pink discs for Easter. The options go on and on!
Do you want a method to store your discs? We also offer the crokinole playing pieces drawstring bag. You won't misplace your discs again, as they will be stored safely in the handcrafted bag.
