How durable are the discs you wonder? First of all, they are built with hard Canadian maple wood. This means that they won't dent when enjoyed during hours and hours of crokinole.
We provide the buttons in packs of 13. Twelve playing pieces are used by each team in the game – and we supply an extra one just in case! If you generally play doubles – then you will need two different colours of pieces.
Yet another idea for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not purchase a pack of red and green buttons to set out with the crokinole board during Christmas time. Or possibly some yellow and pink pieces for Easter. The options are infinite!
Do you need a place to organize your pieces? We also carry the crokinole discs drawstring bag. You will never misplace your playing pieces again, as they will be put safely in the handcrafted bag. The drawstring bag is large enough to keep a container of wax as well as two sets of pieces. A simple way to keep all of your crokinole game supplies all together.
