How tough are the pieces you are asking? To start, they are manufactured with hard Canadian maple wood. This will ensure that they won't dent when used during many hours of playing crokinole.
We provide the pieces in packs of 13. Twelve pieces are played with by each team in the game – and we give you an extra one just in case! If you mostly play doubles – then you definitely will need two different colours of discs.
One more concept for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not get a pack of red and green buttons to use with the crokinole board at Christmas time. Or perhaps some yellow and pink pieces for Easter. The options really are endless!
