How strong are the discs you are wondering? First of all, they are made with hard Canadian maple wood. This will ensure that they won't dent when played during endless hours of crokinole.
We distribute the discs in packs of 13. Twelve playing pieces are used by each team in the game – and we supply an extra one just in case! If you mostly play doubles – then you definitely will need two different colours of playing pieces.
One more idea for those of who you enjoy the holidays – why not get a pack of red and green buttons to set out with the crokinole board at Christmas time. Or perhaps some yellow and pink pieces for Easter. The options go on and on!
